Dear polish speaking Loforo-Comunity, the polish word 'Rzepa' translates to 'Turnip' or 'Rübe' (in German), right?

Does 'Rzepka' mean a small/cute Turnip (like 'Rübchen' in German) or only Kneecap/Patella? I'm slowly trying to understand polish (I'm still pretty much at the beginning). And I know that in some slavish languages a 'ka' at the end of a word describes a smaller or cuter version of the original. Eg. Woda = Water or Wasser, but Wodka translates to a small Water or Wässerchen, right? But I'm not sure if that's the same for polish. If anyone could clear this up for me and/or correct me if I'm wrong I'd be pretty gratefull. :)
